Jim Goetz is a Partner at Sequoia Capital focusing on cloud, mobile and enterprise companies. Jim currently serves on the board of Admob, Appirio, Barracuda, Clearwell, eMeter, Jive Software, Metaswitch Networks, Nimble Storage, Palo Alto Networks and Widgetbox. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2004, Jim served as a General Partner at Accel Partners where he led the investments in Entrisphere (ERIC), Peribit (JNPR), RGB, and Rhapsody (BRCD) and was part of the team responsible for BroadJump (MOTV), Timetra (ALA) and Topspin (CSCO).
Earlier, Jim was a Founder of VitalSigns (LU) where he went on to serve as VP/GM of the VitalSoft division of Lucent. Prior to VitalSigns, Jim was the Vice President of Network Management for Bay Networks. Prior to Bay and Synoptics, he held various product and marketing positions at AT&T, AT&T Bell Labs, and Digital Equipment. Jim has a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
As a part of General Catalyst Partners, Prateek invests in both new and existing technology businesses. His areas of special interest include: Internet and new media; software; consumer services; and network infrastructure.

Mitchell Kertzman is a Managing Director at HWVP. He has over 30 years of experience as a CEO of public and private software companies. Most recently, Mitchell was Chairman and CEO of Liberate Technologies, a provider of platform software for the delivery of digital services by cable television companies. Before joining Liberate, he was chairman of the board and CEO of Sybase, Inc. Mitchell was founder and CEO of Powersoft, which merged with Sybase in February 1995.
Mitchell served as President of the Massachusetts Software Council from 1994 to 1996 and was 1990 chairman of the American Electronics Association. He served on the New York State Commission on Industrial Competitiveness and chaired its task force on industrial policy. Mitchell was awarded an honorary doctorate of humane letters from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He currently sits on the Boards of Five9, Flite,HubPages, NuoDB, Palamida, Peerlyst, and 6connect.

Will Price is on the board of Flite. Will brings experience both building and investing in high-growth tech start-ups.
Will was Managing Director at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. Will graduated from Harvard College and earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated at the top of his class.
Will is married and the father of two active boys. In addition to Flite and family, Will’s loves include the outdoors, coaching youth sports, and the English Premier League.

Giles Goodwin is the CEO and Founder at Flite. Giles has over 14 years experience in building innovative software products and managing computer technologies. Prior to founding Flite, Giles was Chief Portal Suite Architect and Director of Engineering at Vignette, a global content management company, where he was responsible for the management and development of composite application and web services technology.
Giles holds a BS in Physics from the University of California at Riverside, where he is currently a member of the Dean’s Board of Advisors for the university’s College of Natural and Agricultural Science.
