We’re located within a block of Market Street, Bart, the Apple store, the Museum of Modern Art, Blue Bottle Coffee Bar, 111 Minna, Thirsty Bear, Tropisueno, the B Bar, the Cartoon Art Museum, the Moscone Center, the View at the Marriott, YBC’s Novellus Theater, the Mall, the Metreon, House of Shields, City College, 6 different drugstores and hundreds of thousands of square feet of open space at Yerba Buena Gardens and the Contemporary Jewish Museum Courtyard. Need a little pick-me-up? Just look out the window — even a rainy day is full of inspiration!
We’re easily accessible from all Bay Area public transportation and have plenty of space for you to park your bike in the office. There are also multiple parking garages in the area if driving is your thing. We offer tax–free commuter benefit enrollment for all of the above.
If all the city hype is not for you, let’s talk. Flite operates with all hands on deck but our work–from–home policy is flexible as needed. The sky is the limit on product and service, but when it comes to people – we’re realists. Your life matters to us. Your work will only be measured by your performance, so if you’re kicking a__, we really don’t care where you get your job done.

We like to celebrate and there’s no shortage of reasons! Sometimes it’s as simple as lunch in the park for Earth Day or our standing Whisky Thursday. Other times, we’ll rent out a rooftop garden with an open bar. Whether it’s a product release, a customer success story, an anniversary, hackday, or recognition opportunity – we make time to hang out together and relax. We recognize that work has become more of a ‘state of being’ rather than a place to go. We know you go to bed trying to solve a work problem and wake up with answers or at least more questions on the path.
We recommend that you take vacation regularly to recharge. There is no formal policy or tracking. You decide when and how much. We’re going to measure your success by the goals you set and reach, so we don’t need to count how many days you take off to enjoy your life. Simply make sure that your work is getting done and that you're covered while you're away – that's it.
