Flite Metrics 3
Flite Metrics Framework
Flite Metrics 3 is Flite’s new metrics framework. All ads created with Ad Studio 3 use this framework. It is designed to be versatile, robust, and capable of generating deep, high-quality metrics. The several articles in this section go over this framework, and give suggestions on how you might use it.
The primary audience for these articles is component developers. Part of developing a component is making sure it tracks all the metrics it needs to track, and does so in a way that’s consistent with existing Flite ad components.
However, these articles may be of some use to ad designers as well, giving some context for what kind of events are tracked by their ads, and what kind of metrics are reported.
- Events and metrics: An introduction to events, metrics, and the Flite metrics framework.
- Anatomy of an event: The information that gets tracked along with each event.
- Event types: The types and subtypes of events that are tracked by Flite ads.
- Event relationships: How contexts and triggers are used to build relationships between different events.
- Event/Session metadata: The metadata that gets tracked along with each event, regardless of type.
