Certification Requirements

Flite requires the following items from you in order to begin the certification process. Please make sure to provide all of these. Click the appropriate links to read about each item.

• Component URL: A URL to the development version of the component, located in your Flite account. This component must be fully functional and include all necessary parameters. Make sure your component has been tested thoroughly. Please do not make changes to this version of the component once you submit it for certification.
• Events spreadsheet: A spreadsheet that lists all events tracked by this component. For each event, the following should be listed: event Type, Subtype, and Detail. Mode, Trigger, Context and Event Data should also be included where appropriate.
• Documentation: We require two pieces of documentation.
  • Detailed documentation of the component; we expect you to provide this.
  • Summary sheet for sales/marketing purposes; we will work with you on developing this.
• Testing sandbox: Any accounts, logins, IDs, API keys, etc. that are necessary for us to fully test the component’s functionality.
• Defaults and demos: There are two separate but related requirements here. 
  • Default component: What the ad designer sees when (s)he places your component into an ad.
  • Demo ad: An ad used to showcase your component to prospects and customers. We can work with you on developing this.
